Fifteen people were killed when a passenger train and a freight train collided in Zimbabwe.
Twenty people were also injured in the head-on collision. The accident happened on 12 October near the village of Dete, on the boundary Zimbabwe's largest wildlife resrve - Hwange.
Officials from the State Railway company are said to believe that a signal failure may have been the cause.
The remoteness of the region made reaching the accident spot difficult. Rescue workers spent 12 hours freeing trapped passengers.
