Choosing Keywords
The search engine is at a very early stage of development and may return some unexpected results. It attempts to match search words as individual entities and not as a phrase. So, searching on 'accidents involving bridges' will return all entries that contain the word 'accidents' as well as those that contain the word 'bridges'. At present, boolean operators (and, or) are not implemented. The engine will merely ignore those words. Similarly, it is not yet possible to obtain a result on a 'range' such as dates. Eg searching on 1910 will return entries for all accidents that ocurred in that year, but searching on 1900 to 1910 will return no results as it will look for entries that contain both those years.
